They're up to something. Photographer Ben Potton

Running the Straw Bear festival is a team event who are all volunteers. It takes a huge amount of hardwork and planning to put on. So THANK YOU to all the 'Strawbearers', past, present and future.

2021 has been very different to usual, but the Straw Bear would like to thank all the artists, sponsors and contributors who have given their time and effort in providing the fantastic videos, photos, audio tracks, creative works and administration to the festival.

If you are interested in getting involved with the organisation, please do get in touch by emailing

Of course, please do still donate what you can to support the continuation of the festival, the artists and community groups and charities we support. Find out more here. Thank you.
